Verified Companion Matching

All companions complete an application, screening, and identity verification process prior to being matched. Clients are introduced to their companion in advance so each visit begins with clarity and trust.

Arrival & Visit Expectations

Companions confirm their identity verbally at the start of each visit and arrive with shared expectations around timing, location, and purpose.

Protected Communication

Initial communication is coordinated through Carpe Connection. Personal contact details are never required to be shared and remain optional for both parties.

Right to End a Visit

Both clients and companions may pause or end a visit at any time if something does not feel right. No explanation is required.

Post-Visit Check-Ins

After visits, brief check-ins or feedback may be requested to help maintain service quality and identify concerns early.

Privacy, Emergencies & Support

Privacy & Confidentiality

Visits may not be recorded, photographed, or shared without clear consent. Personal information shared during visits is expected to remain confidential.

Emergency & Medical Situations

Companions are not medical professionals. In emergencies, local emergency services (911) should be contacted.

Reporting Concerns

Concerns can be shared directly with Carpe Connection and are reviewed thoughtfully and confidentially.

Boundaries & Expectations

Scope of Services

Carpe Connection provides non-medical, non-romantic companionship focused on presence, conversation, and shared activities. Medical care, therapy, personal care, professional advice, or intimate services are not provided.

Location & Visit Boundaries

Visits take place in agreed-upon public or private locations. Overnight stays, unsafe environments, or visits with unclear expectations are not permitted.

Non-Romantic Policy

All companionship is strictly platonic, respectful, and non-romantic. Romantic, sexual, or suggestive behavior is not allowed.

Substance Use Policy

Visits may not proceed if either party appears impaired by drugs or alcohol. Companions do not consume substances during visits.

Respectful Conduct

Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior are not tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services or removal from future matches.

Transportation Guidelines

Transportation expectations are discussed in advance. Companions are not required to drive clients unless explicitly agreed upon.
