Become a Carpe-nion
A Note From Our Founder
Companionship is not small work. It is a human necessity.
If you believe that connection should be ethical and respectful and that showing up for others matters, this work may feel deeply fulfilling.
Showing up with care can change how someone experiences their day and sometimes their life.
Companionship work is designed to be a feel good role, rooted in purpose for those who believe in human connection. If this resonates, I invite you to apply to become a Carpe-anion.

Founder, Carpe Connection
Meaningful Work, Rooted in Presence
Carpe Connection is a people-first service. This work is not about fixing, rescuing, or performing. It’s about showing up with care, and clear intentions - If you want to be part of something rooted in respect and humanity, we invite you to complete our Companion Intake Form.
We’re looking for a certain kind of person.
The one who slows their pace when a friend needs to tie their shoes.
The kind who notices who’s being left out of the conversation and makes room for them.
We’re looking for people who carry a genuine zest for life.
Those who love to laugh, enjoy good conversation, and know when to speak and when to listen.
The bold and the warm.
We’re calling in the empathetic.
The sensitive.
The misfits.
The ones who feel deeply, show up honestly, and aren’t afraid to be human.
If you’ve ever been the person who listens closely, notices what others miss, believes that showing up matters, or dares to meet people as they are, this work may speak to you.
